How do I stop an app from being blocked?

Open the Block tab and tap Unblock apps. Your selected apps open normally again immediately — you can turn blocking back on any time.

Why can't I see which apps I selected to block?

That's an Apple privacy rule, not a Pausewell limitation. The Screen Time framework Pausewell uses deliberately hides the exact apps you chose from every app, including ours — we only ever see a count.

How many times can I unlock a blocked app?

As many as you need. Pausewell never caps how often you read a verse and continue — there's no daily limit.

How does the daily verse reminder work?

Turn it on in Profile → Daily verse reminder. You'll get a notification each morning with that day's verse. Free accounts get it at 8 AM; Premium can pick a different time.

What does Premium include?

The large Home Screen widget and every Lock Screen widget, a custom reminder time, unlimited journal history, Streak Freeze, and alternate app themes. The core blocking feature and daily verse stay free for everyone, always.

I paid for Premium but it's not showing as unlocked.

Go to Profile → Unlock Premium → Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple account for an existing purchase and restores it without charging you again.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Pausewell subscriptions are billed through Apple, so cancel them there: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Does Pausewell see my streak, journal, or which apps I block?

No. Everything is stored only on your device — there's no account and no server. See the full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the app. Since everything lives only on your device, that removes it completely — there's nothing left on a server to separately delete.
